1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nn999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the nn999 website at nn999.click, including all gaming products, betting markets, promotions, customer support services and any other functionality made available through the platform.
By registering an account with nn999, depositing funds, placing a bet or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register or continue to use nn999.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and nn999. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
To register and use the nn999 platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organisations and automated accounts may not register.
- You must be accessing and using the platform in full compliance with the laws applicable in your place of residence.
- You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed with nn999 or any related platform operated by the same group.
- You must not be acting as an agent, proxy or representative for any other individual when registering or placing bets.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
nn999 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, nn999 may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
3. Your Account
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account with nn999. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same identity documents, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, nn999 may close all associated accounts and void any winnings or bonuses accumulated across them.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. nn999 is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.
Your nn999 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to or used by any other individual. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify nn999 immediately at support@nn999.click.
nn999 accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no facility to hold a balance in any other currency, and all bets, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals are calculated and settled in PKR.
4. Deposits
nn999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All payment methods are subject to availability and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount at nn999 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very high individual deposit amounts may trigger a verification review for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering purposes.
- Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically credited instantly.
- Bank IBFT transfers may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on your bank's processing times.
- Visa/Mastercard deposits are typically instant but may occasionally be subject to your card issuer's processing delays.
You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. nn999 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, it may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
nn999 does not charge any fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are outside nn999's control and for which nn999 accepts no responsibility.
5. Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal from your nn999 account at any time, provided your account balance is sufficient to cover the requested amount and no account restrictions are in place. nn999 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. If a withdrawal to the original payment method is not feasible, nn999 may request confirmation of an alternative method, which will be subject to standard verification procedures.
nn999 targets processing all withdrawal requests within the same business day for wallet-based methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank IBFT withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on inter-bank processing. Withdrawals may be delayed if:
- Your account has not yet completed identity verification.
- The withdrawal triggers an automated fraud or anti-money laundering review.
- There is an active dispute or investigation associated with your account.
- The withdrawal amount significantly exceeds your total lifetime deposit amount (bonus abuse check).
nn999 reserves the right to conduct know-your-customer (KYC) checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a certain threshold. This is a standard industry practice for the protection of all players.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed at nn999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market or game type involved. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any market before placing a bet.
A bet is only confirmed when you receive a unique bet reference number following placement. Until that confirmation is received, the bet has not been accepted. nn999 is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues, server errors or any other technical failure on the player's side or the platform's side.
- Void Bets: A bet may be voided if it was accepted in error, if the odds offered were demonstrably incorrect due to a technical error, or if the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned before a result can be determined.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding the outcome of a settled bet must be raised within 72 hours of settlement. nn999's decision following a review of the relevant records shall be final.
- Minimum Stake: The minimum stake per bet at nn999 is Rs 500. Maximum stakes vary by market and may be adjusted by nn999 at any time without notice.
- Accumulators: Accumulator and parlay bets are available on eligible sports markets. All legs must win for the accumulator to pay out. Voided selections are removed from the accumulator and the odds recalculated accordingly.
nn999 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at any time, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This applies to individual bets, markets or the account as a whole.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
nn999 offers various bonuses and promotions to its players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. These Terms provide the general framework within which all promotions at nn999 operate.
- Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonuses not wagered within the specified period will expire automatically.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- nn999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if it has reason to believe the bonus is being exploited or abused.
- Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless and until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
nn999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible. Continuation of a promotion after a modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nn999 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts in violation of the one-account rule.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
- Exploiting errors in odds, software bugs or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
- Match-fixing, insider betting or any other form of manipulation of sporting events.
- Money laundering, depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or using nn999 for any purpose associated with financial crime.
- Sharing, selling or transferring your account credentials to any third party.
- Coordinated bonus abuse — including opening accounts in the names of family members, using multiple devices, or any other method intended to exploit promotional offers beyond their intended purpose.
- Using a VPN, proxy or other technical method to misrepresent your location or identity.
nn999 uses fraud detection systems that monitor account behaviour in real time. Suspicious patterns trigger automatic reviews. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in any investigation related to the above activities.
9. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nn999 login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share these details with any other person under any circumstances.
nn999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you receive a message purporting to be from nn999 that requests your password, please treat it as fraudulent and report it to us immediately at support@nn999.click.
We strongly recommend that you use a unique password for your nn999 account — one that is not used on any other platform — and that you enable any available two-factor authentication features for additional protection. nn999 uses industry-standard encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers.
nn999 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure, from sharing your credentials with a third party, or from your use of an unsecured device or network connection.
10. Limitation of Liability
nn999 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to keep the platform operational and accessible, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect access to nn999.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nn999's liability to any individual player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim, excluding any bonuses or promotional credits.
- nn999 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- nn999 is not responsible for any third-party payment processing delays, charges or errors that occur outside our direct control.
- nn999 is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of the rules of any game, market or promotion.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by nn999's negligence, or any other matter where exclusion of liability is not permitted by law.
11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Closure and Termination
You may close your nn999 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@nn999.click. Any available balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after standard verification checks, provided no active bets or pending investigations are outstanding.
nn999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its discretion if:
- You have violated any part of these Terms.
- Your account shows evidence of fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct.
- You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Required verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe despite repeated requests.
- A legal, regulatory or law enforcement requirement necessitates the closure of your account.
Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, nn999 may withhold any balance that relates to the violation — for example, winnings derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Any balance unrelated to the violation will be returned to you following completion of all necessary checks.
13. Amendments to These Terms
nn999 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will also attempt to notify active players via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the nn999 platform after an update to these Terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and request any outstanding balance.
